The front office staff were awesome. They helped me a lot, made me feel welcomed, and were very professional. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean.

Mansfield is a very clean friendly place to visit.
Mansfield is a very clean friendly place to visit. Unfortunately it has basically no shopping & only 1 fast food drive through in the entire city. The playground & library are 5⭐️ though. Definitely kid friendly. I also wanted to mention we did not see any trash or cigarette butts anywhere. We only saw 2 ppl smoking & they moved away when they saw my daughter about to walked by. It was by far the cleanest place I have ever seen. With such friendly people.

I had a choice between this hotel and 1 other, looking specifically for one with a hot tub. Being my sons both had a tournament for basketball in Rhode Island, a hot tub would be nice after their games. Each hotel was roughly 20 minutes from the arena, one being in Rhode Island. I chose to stay at this hotel, based on the fact it was in Massachusetts and had a hot tub, according to the pictures on booking. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed, and when asked about why it was not noted on the site, their response was, because I booked through booking.com, they “can’t control what these third party sites put on their websites and even though they’ve reported no longer having a hot tub, the third party sites only care about getting the booking and the money.” Regardless, still frustrating when you book for a specific reason and it is not as was described at the place you book.

Ashley at front desk is so pleasant and accommodating always! TV really needs to be updated and carry pay preview movies or more channels it is basic at best. Rooms need to be done over and remodeled stained rugs, peeling wall paper microwave in rooms really missing room service too.

Our first room had black mold all over the shower curtain.
Our first room had black mold all over the shower curtain. I hadn’t even unpacked my bags because we had a terrible experience at HI in Rutland a few weeks prior. When we arrived at our ground level room, our window was open (no screen) and there were creepy crawlies alive and dead who took advantage of the open window. Going to check out the bathroom I found the mold. Anyone who cleaned the shower should have seen it. It was bad. They moved us to another room without issue. The next issue was when our door suddenly opened while we were changing and 3 people walked in. It was their room, but no one made the switch in the computer system. Totally unnerving to have that happen. I understand staffing is an issue, but it’s scary to be undressing and have your locked door suddenly open. I’m kind of done with Holiday Inn at this point. I’m not expecting the Ritz, but after the last few stays at various locations I’m taking my business elsewhere.

We were attending a concert at the XFinity Center so the location was absolutely perfect. Maybe 10 minutes from door to door!! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Other travelers that also attended the concert had great things to say about the Red Roof Inn as well!! I will definitely stay at another Roof Inn given the opportunity!!
Front desk people were friendly!
Room was ok. Price was increased significantly because there were concerts at Xfinity center price was 450 Dollars far more than what I thought I was paying threw booking.Com. for that rediculous price for 1 night you would think they would have a resteraunt on site as well as a lounge that is actually open long enough to enjoy your time there especially if going to a concert nearby. They false advertisements by showing 3 or 4 fire pits and there is only one. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Room was huge and clean, overall hotel cleanliness was also very good. We actually upgraded our room to a Deluxe room after discovering that the standard room did not come with microwave and fridge. The staff was really friendly and helpful and ultimately helped out with everything! - Location was okay as it was near to shops and restaurants, and more importantly the interstate / freeway!
The proximity to the Xfinity center was really the only plus. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but with the cleanliness in the room lacking, it was hard to enjoy. There was an indoor pool, and having a bar/restaurant on premises is convenient.
The hotel is new, very clean, the suite comfortably fit my family of four. The breakfast was good, the pool was great. Great location close to Gillette and great outlet shopping.
Perfect location, when in the Mansfield, MASS area. Right off the highway, and only a two minute ride into downtown for drinks / dinner. Wonderful staff, very nice facility.
