I brought my swim trunks hoping to do a few laps, only to find out the pool was closed for remodeling for two weeks. It's not fair that we were not notified and could have made different arrangements to stay somewhere else. We should get some kind of refund. We shortened our stay by a night. Hilton has done nothing to offer any kind of refund or coupon. They will need to earn my business before I ever stay at a Hilton!!JosephUnited States of America

The location is good good for me as I visit the Orchid Show in the Chicago Botanical Garden. The room is warm, clean and comfortable.
