The price was good comparable to other higher priced hotels in the area. We did like that we could walk to a concert at city winery which is why we chose it.

The location was ideal for our trip to Symphony Hall. Having parking on premises was helpful although steeply priced. Pleasant staff. Easy access to the Mass Pike.

Great place, great location! The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had a perfect view of Fenway Park from the room.

There appears to being a lot of construction going on near the hotel so will be looking forward to even a better location accommodations for eateries and shopping. Target is right across the street and a number of eateries within a 2 block area (we checked out 2 ice cream places). Location easily accessible off Rt. 90 was great. We were there for doctor appointments and location was great for appointments in Waltham and the Dana Farber building in Boston. Because of coronavirus we did not do any tourism.

Watertown was fine but the Super 8 Hotel was the worst hotel I have spent time in during my entire life. It was dirty, dark, and like a crack den. There was not even a clock in the room!
Run fast and Run far!!!!!!
The host and his family made us feel very welcome. They were kind and thoughtful at every interaction, always with a smile and warm greeting.
The apartment is like new, with comfortable amenities, a super nice backyard and everything you might need to prepare a meal. It is actually bigger than the pictures let believe.
Watertown is a little quaint town, with shops and services within walking distance and it's less than 15 minutes from Boston common.
Great location. Close to all the terrific diners in Watertown. Staff is friendly and exceptionally responsive. Rooms were recently renovated and the amenities are superior which includes the best lobby coffee maker and hotel/motel coffee I have ever had---there is a Dominos and liquor store across the street. And there is also an excellent walking trail along the Charles River which is only two blocks away.
There was no breakfast. Construction actively going on in hallways . Noise at 6 am in hallways, banging up and down hallway. Room was Spartan but clean. Room doors scary as were some of the hotels clients. Cleaning staff were nice as was receptionist. But conditions were precarious. Towels in bathroom weren’t clean( I didn’t take a shower for that reason)
The bed was amazing, people behind the desk were super friendly. There was a problem with my payment, but this was corrected quickly! There are a few bars and restaurants on very short walking distance from the hotel, it has a very nice atmosphere. The breakfast in the morning is as expected, a moderate selection but the food that they have was great!
The room exceeded our expectations with the modern appearance, the layout and the addition of a kitchen. The overall appearance of the hotel is top notch and the staff at the from desk were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend others to stay here and if we plan another visit to Boston I will certainly stay here again.
Good location, the parking is convenient albeit a bit pricey ($30), the room is large and comfortable with a great bed and shower. Breakfast was nice with many items hot and cold. The hotel is within the Arsenal Yards an old arsenal. There is group of shopping areas in the old building whic makes it cool environment.
Brand new room design with a shower behind a glas wall with movable door. Nice shampoo and shower gel in big bottles mounted at the shower wall. Garage parking is easy, but costly. But this is common at major spots.
The hotel is nicely located in the vicinity of Harvard Business School and MIT at Cambridge.
Location was very convenient to Cambridge and Boston. It was very quiet and comfortable with lots of good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The price was fair and equitable. I would stay there again.
I was pleased during my time at The Residence Inn by Marriot in Watertown.
Staff: professional & kind
Parking: appropriate for guests
Near by stores in the area, very nice.
Again, thank you for the experience.
Location, Parking, very friendly staff, easy check in across the street from the outdoor mall and next door is Target Ubers are easy to get and pick you up right in front of the hotel.
Breakfast was fine, location is awesome with a bunch of places to eat. There's a bus stop at the hotel, 20 minutes and you are at the Central subway station.
