We went to Franklin zoo. It was great.

We went to Franklin zoo. It was great. Probably one of the beat zoos we've been to so far. The kids loved it, but fell asleep half way through so I guess we will have to go again another time to see the rest of it!

The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was easy to get to area stores and highways. Plenty of outlets and good lighting. We didn't receive the email with the entry code and wifi password, but the property management team was very responsive via phone and email to provide the information.

The price was good but don’t expect luxury. You get what you pay for. Front desk clerk was fine, Room was spacious, cable tv, clean fridge and microwave good parking right at your front door. Sheets & bathroom were clean enough Great shopping. Close to area attractions (Salem).

There was no breakfast and it was stated in the reservation. Not even a muffin in a bag. Tv didn’t work and room was not clean. Booking.com did not at all meet my expectations. When we arrived we wanted to find another hotel, but it was too late. Terrible experience.

Location there is always nice, right off route 1, and it's easy to park in a garage in downtown Malden. It's a short ride and a hop, skip and a jump from the MBTA.
