I love the fact that this hotel still has smoking rooms which a lot of hotels/motels don’t have anymore. Me and my fiancé love to go here and enjoy ourselves in the hot tub/jacuzzi! I highly recommend!!

Check in was great. Friendly staff and very informative. When I got to the 3rd floor where my room was, all I noticed was used bed sheets all over the hallway beside most room doors. It was a mess. I got into my room and when I sat on the bed (As we always do to test it out) lol, It felt like the bed was going to fold on me. Way too soft. Liza the Wed-Sat breakfast person is the only good thing at this hotel. Day staff not very pleasant except Liza, who was cheerful and attentive. Room needed repairs, TV did not work, couldn't use Wi-Fi. Provided with a partial nearly empty roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Went to lobby for more and they had none till next day 9am. Desk gave us an extra box of tissues instead !?! Told twice they were booked solid. Tuesday breakfast was missing multiple items had to be requested or delivered. Everything was very clean. Our coffee maker stopped working after the first cup the first morning. I informed management and a new one was in its place that afternoon. There is a grassy area with a playground on site, and a grassy area behind the building which provides the view from the window. And the window opened! On arrival, the desk clerk, Evelyn, was welcoming and efficient. She even noticed that our online booking had secured a king size bed and we had a 3-person party. She called us back to the desk and changed our room, upgrading us to a suite. This experience was very pleasant and we appreciated her kindness.
