Woodsville is a small town, but has good restaurants, and stores nearby. Just check to see when the restaurants are open as their hours change during the week. The Shiloh restaurant is right off the main road and serves a good variety of dishes. Also, Tutlle's Diner, in Wells River has a delicious breakfast and homemade bread.

There is a 24 hour Cumberland Farms next door, a Walmart one minute away, a Shaw's Supermarket, and a McDonald's within walking distance.
