A great location - very close to MOA & other shopping centers with a short commute to downtown Minneapolis. The property was very clean, and modern looking. I traveled with an infant, and just pulled the sleeper couch up to the bed and it was very convenient. Overall we loved the property & all the amenities and look forward to booking again!

The breakfast was very good, lots of different choices.
Bloomington is great for the Mall of America. Before you go, check the details of the things you want to do. Sometimes the instore deals will be better than buying ahead if you bundle activities. Costco has Nickelodeon Universe bracelets that are a good deal, 2 for 69.99. Definitely bring more money than you anticipate. The mall prices are higher than other areas. Plan to spend roughly 35$ per adult per meal for normal meals and about $15-$20 for kids. Get SeaLife tickets online to use a coupon.

Uber did not show this hotel accurately, and our driver began by heading for the Hyatt downtown. The hotel should contact Uber, and make sure they are on ride-share platforms as the A
IRPORT Hyatt Place hotel. Or make the address prominent enough that it's easy to answer Uber's request about the hotel address. This cost us some extra money.
Apparently the shuttle policy (Once at the top of the hour) was still being implemented, and the shuttle driver was trying to follow one set of rules, while requests were coming from the airport for shuttle pickups. The once per hour thing doesn't really work for travellers arriving at the airport. (And MLPS airport is very confusing for finding the hotel shuttles!)

The 2 double beds are too small, there should be 2 queens.
The 2 double beds are too small, there should be 2 queens. Our toilet was wobbly and sometimes didn’t stop running. . The heater was broken, the fan wouldn’t shut off. The bathroom floor and walls need replacing. The patio door didn’t lock!!😳😳

I would not recommend this location to anyone.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. The first impression of the raggedy parking lot is a bad first impression. And so was our stay. The first room offered, the TV didn't work, the phone had no dial tone and one of the lamps didn't work. Our room was never cleaned, nor trash emptied, nor towels replaced from Friday to Monday. We requested clean towels and put out our own trash. I would never stay here again, nor recommend this location to anyone! I stayed at a different location in August and I thought that it was the same location, until I arrived and was so so disappointed!

It was the most tragic shock of ANY place that I have ever been too. Prostitutes, loud, smoking half dressed people that looked as though they had been living on the streets were a multitude in this facility! The personnel at the front desk just mainly spoke in their native language to each other and ignored the surroundings! My wife and I couldn't get out of there quick enough

It was the worst hotel that I have stayed in the rooms were disgustingly dirty there was mold around the bathtub people hollering up and down the hallways all hours of the night the food at the breakfast was terrible
This was our first time staying at the Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised to find such an interesting and tastefully-decorated interior. It's quite unique and very lovely! The beds were exceptionally comfortable and bedding was top notch! The biggest surprise was the lack of carpeting in the rooms! I much prefer bare floors but this may be a deal-breaker with folks that have young children.
I liked that there was a door that locked up behind you it felt very safe that way and the only way you could get in to the lobby is if you had a hotel key. It was clean but it was a bit old like it wasnt really updated i guess that would be the best way to explain it. For a one night stay or even a few nights it is a decent place to go especially for cheap. The staff was nice at least the two i met while i stayed for the night.
The picture of the hotel room that I thought I was booking was completely different the one pictured was up to date and clean the one we had was small could have been cleaned better used new beds and an over all room update the pool was as pictured and the kids had fun in it we did eat breakfast there however the dinning area was small and would have liked a few more options to choose from to eat
Room was clean and everything worked! Shower worked well and the tub drain did, too. Really clean everything. Bed comfortable and breakfast super. We were in MN for a doctor appointment and I told the staff that I was very impressed by our hotel stay so they could tell other out-of-town patients. Mentioned, too, to a knit store in Edina. Pleasantly surprised and I’ve traveled a lot.
The hotel is close to the airport. Shuttle is reliable , it runs every hour, even during the night.
Staff is nice, pool was warm and clean and not too full of people. Breakfast was pleasant. Rooms are nice and spacious. Wi-Fi worked well.
There is a Walmart in walking distance, about 12 minutes away.
I walked to the Mall of Amerika; it was about 30 minutes.
This is the second time we stayed in this hotel for about 6 hours. We always drive here and arrive late. Also, we used the free airport shuttle at 4 am, So we did not use more than the shower, the beds, and the free coffee. But so far, the rooms have been very clean and ready for guests. I will always prefer the Choice Hotels if the location is close enough.
this is a pretty hotel with a great complementary breakfast and the breakfast seating area is spacious and well run, room was pretty, nice tvs and dressers, generally clean, bathroom well stocked, pool and workout room times extended till midnight.
midnight which is awesome, overall hotel seems spacious and clean and well run, staff were very professional
The staff was really, really nice. I usually get terrible sleep at hotels no matter where we stay but I slept really hard here, so there's something to say about the bed. The hotel seemed full but we never, not once heard any noise. The breakfast was really good too. The pool was simple but fun for the kiddos. The location is really good.
The check in associate was professional, very pleasant and helpful. The valet service was extremely professional and prompt. And the cleaning staff was top notch and always made sure we had everything we needed. Finally, I felt safe at this hotel.
The free breakfast was very good, even featuring hot items (waffle machine, eggs, sausage). The room was clean and comfortable, with every amenity. The location is good, it's in a large complex of hotels.
Nice hotel, serviceminded staff only two trainstations from the airport. No need fir rental car when you arrive. Rental car service at the airport is slow, so better to get the car next morning.
I decided to stay longer instead of moving to another similar hotel, mostly because of the team of wonderful friendly and kind people! Thank you Noman and GREAT TEAM, every single one I have met!
The hotel is very close to (walking distance) from MOA. The room/bathrooms were pretty decent size. The parking and amenities were pretty good. IHOP and couple of places to eat around the hotel.
It was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The staff was absolutely lovely. The beds were incredibly comfy. The pool towels were larger than most hotels- it's the little things.
The hotel is nice. The area is quite but fairly close to anything we wanted to do. Shopping right next door. Short drive to mall of America or Valleyfair.
