The front desk staff were friendly, informative and so thoughtful. Our room was perfect. The breakfast was good with a different menu every day.But everyone loved the waffles the best. The Lobby and eating area was always clean and tidy. Definitely would book this hotel again. Thank you.

The hotel itself, our rooms and the lobby area were lovely! They even had a little bar in the lobby which was nice. Red Robbin and a Green Mill for dining next door, both great options. Had to pay for breakfast, it was okay but I've had the same or better for free at other hotels. I absolutely loved the outdoor space - patios with seating, trees, shrubs, flowers and lots of running space for my dog! On the downside: The pool and hot tub seemed really dirty and the surrounding pool area did as well. Also, they should have "adults only" allowed in the pool area from 10:00 -11:00, as some very young kids who should've been in bed were screaming so much and their "parental supervisors" really didn't care - that made our trip to the pool/hot tub even more unenjoyable!AshleyUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

The hotel is in a perfect area.
The hotel is in a perfect area. Close to restaurants and shops or even spas. The staff was friendly, the room incl. bathroom was immaculate. The toiletries were cruelty and vegan, which is a huge plus!!!! They even would get some plant based options for breakfast, if I mention it before my arrival, because I was mentioning the limited options for a good vegan breakfast. Otherwise it was great. I do come back again :)
