Very eclectic, cool place. It is definitely an experience. The interior design was top notch along with the music in the main house and our room. Inn keeper was so friendly and a great chef.

Menominee is halfway from Chicago to Mackinac Island. Love this location! Stunning views of Lake Michigan all around. The city itself is bursting with civic pride and a rich history. There are plenty of food options covering the entire spectrum of value.

I like that is was right on the water. It was a quaint town. Would like to spend more time exploring. We were only there for one day so didn’t really get to see much. We walked over to Perkins which was nice and food was good.

We walked to a nearby restaurant for take-out for dinner and ate at one of the picnic tables that is behind the hotel on their deck overlooking Green Bay. It was GORGEOUS. We watched the ducks and geese swim and enjoyed a nice, leisurely dinner. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, not back at full force, it seemed, but better than some that are still only handing out granola bars and yogurt.
