The exterior and interior of the hotel was nice. The room was decent size beds were super comfortable. Great breakfast selection. Internet speed was great. Front end staff was great check in was quick and easy.

The double security latch on the door.
I had stayed there previously for a reservation extended totaling 28 days, and I had checked out Friday, then thought 48hours was a big enough gap so I made another reservation for Sunday. I arrived to check in and was told she couldn't check me in until the following day so I'd need to contact Booking to adjust it. When I called Booking, she needed to call property to confirm so I went on hold. While I was waiting, there was some confusion and disagreement between the property and Booking.com because once the property got off the phone she was clearly upset and disgruntled-as I would be too. She went ahead and overrided my check in to be accepted for that day which made me relieved. But the rest of the transaction was uncomfortable and left me feeling personally responsible in some way-I had even apologized for the inconvenience because I had no problem in waiting the extra day.
