Stayed due to vehicle problem. The night manager Goodwin was very pleasant, good sense of humor. He promised to match the Expedia rate we found online, and took a cash deposit. Unfortunately, come morning check out, it was discovered the rate was not honored and we were charged considerably more. The day manager said there was nothing she could do, perhaps call back later when Goodwin was working again. Very disappointed. « less

room ok, breakfast place is cramped, and breakfast is minimal When I came back (after a week trip) , I got the key to the secured lot to recover my car, the lock was frozen, I could not get my car, the reception guy was alone and would not help, nobody around to help: this MUST be fixed. The shuttle driver complained that his tip was not to his liking, even if the service is included in the hotel. For the same price you can do better in the same street « less

Room had a cigarette burn in our comforter and the love seat in our room had a number of stains.
The bathroom needs a facelift, and the ceiling was sagging due to a leak on the second floor.
The breakfast in the morning was lacklustre, very bland and basic. But will do in a pinch.
I can only justify staying here getting a great rate... Not worth more than $60/night.. Ever. « less

Stayed there one night to catch a fly next morning; its closeness to the airport and the shutlle make it very convenient. I was too tired after a long trip to pay too much attention to all the details but the room was clean. I was given a room on the second floor, but the guy was kind enough to get me another one on the first floor as I was with my toddler (there is no elevator)and I really couldn't get up and down those stairs as I have to carry my stuffs myself.
When I got in the room, I did see the bottle of water they talked about in a previous review and the tag specifically saying that it's not free and cost $2.99. I did tasted it; to me it was nasty and heavy. Breakfast is basic (cereal, milk, juice, bagel, jelly, butter, cream cheese, bread, muffin, etc); if you want a hot breakfast, you might look somewhere else. Also, if you're catching a morning flight, make sure to ask for the shuttle as you have to request it for the morning service (I almost miss my flight because they forgot to tell me this little detail, fortunately for me I woke up very early).
It wasn't that bad. If you're just looking for a place to spend the night, this will work for you.
CONS: There is no one at the doors to help and they are not automatic ones so if you're travelling with young kids and baggages, it's a pain to get in as the front desk people will not move, just watch. And no elevators « less
