Although the property was lovely and beautiful, the customer service was atrocious and disgusting. These people have no idea about what customer service is all about. They were not very responsive when we asked for assistance in the room for my disabled mother. Also both checking in and checking out proved to be difficult tasks four their staff. Lost and found was another matter!

The Martinique Ballroom is located in the Main Reception Building, not in the Convention Center. The Main Reception Building also houses the Lobby, a 24 hour deli, Business Center, The Tropicale Restaurant, The Venetian Room restaurant, Cyber Cafe, and The Falls Lounge. This location is ideal for smaller groups who are also on their own for lunch, or who need flexible meal space. The Lower Atriums are perfect for informal buffet or plated dining, and guests have easy access to most of the hotel's amenities. If attendees are on their own for lunch, the restaurants are in the same building, or they can lounge poolside and enjoy a bite to eat from Calypso's.
