I stayed at this hotel the weekend of April 19th for a scrapbooking gathering. The rooms were super clean, the meeting rooms were spacious but the staff is what made this hotel stand out. I used the MARTA system to get to the nearest park and ride where the hotel shuttle would come and pick me up. When I called the hotel, Robert was so helpful, and told me the shuttle would be by in 10-15 minutes and they were! When I arrived, it was before the time that I could check in, and again the desk staff were so gracious. They took my suitcase to hold until I could check in, and showed me where the other ladies in my group were. Many of had flown in and didn't have a car. The hotel shuttle took us to local scrapbooking stores, lunch, and anywhere within a 7 mile radius! The housekeeping staff saw that I was struggling to close a box that I would be carrying on the plane and they offered me some wide tape. Our accommodations included breakfast which was delicious. The gracious cooks took our orders for custom made omelette's and brought them to us when they were prepared. I know there are plenty of hotels, but the staff at this one went out of their way to make my stay unforgettable! « less

what i made reservations, i was never told that breakfast wasnt included. So when i went down to eat breakfast with my son, i was asked for a coupon (rudely) and i had no clue what was going on. i sat my food down, went and asked the front and was told yeah you didn't pay for it. then i was told it was 11.00 per person. i dont feel that was fair and i also think paying 11.00 per person was too much when it was 2 waffles and a banana. so after going back to the room to get my wallet and paying for my food it was cold and i ended up throwing it away... so in short i believe when the reservations are being made then we, as customers, should be asked about breakfast as well as hilton honors. OTHER THAN THIS SITUATION, THE ROOM AND HOTEL WAS AWESOME! « less
