This place is very nice. Everything is clean and in excellent condition. The room we stayed in had a large HD TV which is atypical in our experience for a room priced around $80. And, there were lots of available channels to watch on the big screen flat panel TV. The room was clean and everything was in good condition and nice. In other words, we have paid a lot more for other rooms which are not nearly as nice or as well equipped as this one. In my wife's and my opinion, this was great value. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the Fayetteville area again. Breakfast was included although it was lacking in variety. This place is conveniently located to the University of Arkansas just off I-540 at the US 62 highway west exit. « less

I was a little worried after booking this hotel to find some very negative reviews on Trip Advisor. We kept the reservation and drove to Fayetteville for the Red and White game and some Hog baseball. We found the room to be clean, well maintained and comfortable. The Flat screen TV was huge and there were ample channels for surfing. The bed was big and cozy. The indoor swimming pool was clean and just the right temperature despite it being the end of winter and still 40 degrees outside. The continental breakfast was pretty good with fresh waffles, fruit, yogurts, juices, biscuits, eggs, sausage and gravy. Ample. The staff was helpful and friendly. Don't get me wrong, this is not the Ritz, but at $99 per night on a huge weekend in Fayetteville, it was more than enough. Good stay! « less

My family and I came to Fayetteville for a baseball game and we were very pleased with our stay. It was very easy to get to off of the interstate and less than a mile from the ball park. Of course this is not a five star hotel but the rooms were more than enough for what we needed. Our rooms both had new carpet and the beds were somewhat comfortable (everyone likes their own bed of course). The staff were very polite. And their breakfast was over the top! Very tasty I might add! I've stayed in far more expensive hotels and didn't get half of what they offered here. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we decide to come up to cheer on the Razorbacks! « less

The hotel is average but the staff here are really friendly and welcoming and made my stay very pleasant. The location is ok and good to get to the university. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but a bit old. The breakfast is quite good and the people at reception are really friendly and very happy to help. They have free popcorn and coffee, and a drinks hour for guests. Really very welcoming and I would be happy to come back to stay. « less
