I don.t think this property was classified as an INN. The rooms were clean with a micro and refrigerator. My room was double queen and although the the space was adequate it was still sort of cramp. There is also a safe provided to store valuables. My room faced I-35 and was noisy from truck traffic - train traffic in early mornings, The breakfast area was clean and adequate tables for breakfast. The breakfast was the normal type of foods for this chain and staff kept if replenished. « less

My husband and I stayed for a visiting family on weekend. The staff was really nice and cordial. We were lucky to get one of their renovated rooms. Comfortable, spacious and most important clean. We also had a mini fridge. The room had a coffee maker. Best deal to me for price is spent, next to exit and some good restaurants is more convenient. « less

This hotel is RIGHT off of I-35 and super easy to find. So that's the good part of the review. The hotel is in disrepair. The dresser in my room had holes in the top of it. I wish I hadn't opened the bi-fold closet doors, because they wouldn't shut. And when I walked into my room, I assumed the maid had left the window open because of the about of road noise I immediately heard. But...it was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. « less
