The staff is very professional, very helpful and very courteous. They are proficient in their job of expertise. My family reunion was held here for four days and three nights. I live in Atlanta, GA and decided to host my family reunion in Chicago without living there. The Hilton staff did an excellent job in helping me plan our activities and helping me with making decisions for the family. My family was well pleased with the location, hotel, banquet, breakfast buffet, rooms and the Allison Woods Park that was directly across street from the hotel. They accommodated all of my family needs. The hotel outside grounds, inside lobby/general areas and rooms was spectacular and clean. The meeting and greet room was perfect. They provided transportation to and from the public transit system and to the park that was directly across the street. Paul and Sara are the best hotel managers I have every worked with and I have planned several family reunions. Most of my family stayed an extra night. They did not want to leave so they stayed one more night until Monday. The price was RIGHT! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The air conditioning worked too cold but a good thing. This is the only place my family stay when we return to Chicago! On a scale of 10, I rate them a 10+!
