The room had several problems - broken clock radio, missing light bulb, leaky bathroom faucet, not enough electric outlets for computer and phone charger, old TV with very mediocre picture. When the free WiFi was working at all, it was slower than the 3G mobile hotspot on my phone. The neighborhood is a little scary. On the plus side there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. « less

If you're looking for a place with a view this is not the motel to go to. It is on a high traffic road but that is normal for a motel. Behind it however is an auto pick yard but it was not noisy or anything even though I was there during the week. I did NOT experience any "wild" or loud people there. There is even a bar next door which may be convenient for some (did not go there, don't drink much). Inside the room was well furnished with a mini-fridge and microwave, heat & A/C and other furniture (dresser, armoire,desk,etc), and standard TV (tube type) with many HBO channels as well as your common cable. The room was clean as you could expect for a Super8, I had no complaints there. There was OK wifi but the connection seemed to hang on occassion (a DNS server problem I think). If you are just looking for a place for a day or two on a budget you could do alot worse for $80. « less
