So I am a 24 year old guy that has stayed in a lot of hotels so pulling into the parking lot I thought I could handle it.. Boy was I wrong! The rooms were not clean, rooms down the hall had just been bug bombed. There were two signs hanging on the bulletproof glass that I remember very well. They stated that there are no refunds along with a letter about prostitution. All in all, if you're not a rat I would advise you to look elsewhere « less

Do not stay at this MOTEL!!!!! All of the other reviews that are more than two stats must be made by the owners or staff. The place is a dump, free porn on the tube, house cleaning was cleaning rooms at 10:30 at night and the furniture looks like they got it off the side of the street after hurricane Sandy. The only way I felt comfortable was sleeping in pants, socks, a long sleeve shirt and wrapped the pillow in a personal tshirt. What a piece of crap (they would not let me use profanity), the owner should be jailed! « less

Ive never had an issue with galaxy or their staff the Staff could work on the clealiness more spider webs and mysterious stains aren't appealing .But It's not that bad for the price you pay and food and transportation is nearby. My main concern were the bedbugs the last time .I stayed decent prices but what you see is what you get and then some. « less

I base my rating of 4 out of 5 based on the fact, that I knew the kind of place we were going to. It's a low budget hotel, and yes they do rent rooms by the hour if requested.
But surprisingly, my stay there was a morning and afternoon, and it met all my expectations. Courteous quick staff, the room was of average size with a king, clean and well kept and well cooled. Bathroom was clean, had a leaky faucet, but big deal. TV with lots of channels worked, wi-fi worked, and the room was clean.
Seriously, for the price, I cannot complain in the least. I will def stay there again the next time I need a place to hang my hat for a while. « less
