The best staff ever in a hotel .. I've stayed many times in Sheratons, Westins etc etc ...but the staff at the Comfort Inn Conference Centre in Pittsburgh beats them all .. From front desk to breakfast and room staff the nicest friendliest and helpful people I have ever met (maybe just the Pittsburgh way!!) but whatever I can readily recommend this hotel.. Clean and the best beds and pillows ever for sleeping ... Great breakfast... All in all a gretat place to visit while visiting wonderful Pittsburgh--all our Canadian family were impressed...AND to top it off.. I left a small bag with ALL my jewelry in the hotel room(did not know I even had!!!) when I arrived home a message was waiting for me that I had left it in the room and they were holding it for me awaiting my instructions!!!! Awesome and I thank the entire staff profusely...honestly even before my stupidity in leaving it behind we were impressed with the hotel staff and this just added to it ..WE will be visiting again for sure...thankyou « less

Great Hotel. Wonferful Staff, but traffic washorrible to get to the place. The hotel had everything a traveler needs. Pet friendly, business center, pool, workout area, restaurant. Nice rooms, very convenient to let the dog in and out with and to unload and load the luggage. Shower area convenient and had a separate make up area where I could put on my make up and dry my hair separately. Plenty of electrical plugs. Good food in the restaurant and nice breakfast. « less

Stayed here one night while we went to a Pirates game. The room had a fridge and a first floor sliding glass door to a small patio area. Bathroom (toilet/ shower area) was very small. The hot breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, muffins, bagels, juices, and cereals. They had an indoor pool that we didn't have time to use, but the water seemed nice and warm. « less

Yes this hotel is an older one but it is still a very nice place to stay and getting better with age just like fine wine. I was there for 3 weeks for work so far. I really enjoyed Easter weekend and apparently from the crowd half of Pittsburgh enjoyed the buffet too. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is also conveniently located on the East side of Pitt. « less
