I was not pleased with the customer service of the hotel. The front desk manager kept being rude and obnoxious and very judgemental. After I had my issued with them charging my card an extra $100 and I talked to Mr. Harold he got smart with me and my bank rep and even asked "are ya'll done" and hung up on us. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN IT WAS TERRIBLE.
