We appreciate your interest in our property and taking the time to read this message. The Holiday Inn-Select Koger South is the largest Full-Service convention hotel in the suburbs of Richmond, VA. We have just finished a major renovation. * We have two ballrooms and breakout rooms, a total of 19 meeting rooms - totaling 26,000 square feet of meeting space and all are equipped with hi-speed internet * Dinners for 700 and 500 simultaneously in our hotel * Complete catering and banquet service for all occasions, from business to social events. *237 guest rooms including 7 whirlpool Jr-suites and two Presidential suites. All guestrooms have upscale amenities, including refrigerator, micro-wave, coffee maker, hair dryer, hi-speed internet (wired & wireless at no charge, and much more * complimentary Business Center on site, ATM machine, full service restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and our high energy lounge and dance club "Visions" *Adjacent to an upscale shopping mall, over 250 retail stores and fine dining restaurants with 3 miles. *FREE parking for 700 + cars *Indoor pool with exercise room Located next door to a fitness center with a water-park ($) also a public park with running trails and picnic area. *We enjoy many repeat clients in our safe environment and are centrally located just 12 miles southwest of downtown Richmond.
