We were thoroughly pampered every step of the way...tea, hot tub, swim in the gorgeous pool, steam and the best massage ever! Every staff member I met was attentive, friendly, and professional. The drinks and people watching at dbar are phenomenal. I would not hesitate to stay here again. « less

I took a trip last weekend with my mom for a Mother's Day weekend and the hotel was PERFECT. The staff was warm, friendly and totally accommodating. We visited the spa for facials and massages, which were both very relaxing and wonderful! We had dinner at Cafe Boulud and it was SO delicious and the food was beautifully presented. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and recommended a lovely wine for us. We did a little sightseeing, a little shopping and the concierge staff was so helpful planning things that my 86 year old mother would enjoy - which was very mush appreciated! The Yorkville location is very convenient also. Wonderful attention to detail throughout our stay - we can't wait to visit again! « less

Perfection! Incredible attention to detail in both the spa amenties, ambiance and in the treatment themselves. The pool isn't cholrinated (bromine or something) which is a must for an indoor pool to avoid that awful smell. Eucaliptis steam room with a cold plunge shower inside is devine. Great views of the city from the nail bar. Friendly staff are the icing on the cake! Pricey but worth it! « less

It is my favorite oasis in the city and Mary Jane Agustin is the best! She provides the most relaxing Asian Fusion massage I have ever had and her touch is perfect to release tension and make you feel so relaxed! I am addicted and keep going back to her. The aromatherapy oils she uses are light and fresh and are so soothing!
I highly recommend the Spa and especially a massage from Mary Jane!
The steam room after a massage is fabulous as well and very relaxing! The eucalyptus and mint aroma is also very decongesting and soothing! Enjoy! « less
