We are the best family hotel, located in Southern Vermont. We offer a heated indoor swimming pool, and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. On-site there is Tequila Red's (restaurant/lounge) a Tex-Mex dining expierence, with daily dinner specails. Tequila Red's also offers a full catering service. Our three season banquet facilities can accomadate up to 250 people. All our rooms have refrigerators, coffee makers,hair dryers, iron & ironing boards. In addition there is also on -site a fitness center, sauna, and a video arcade room. We offeer FREE wi-fi, HBO, & ESPN. The hotel is located just off of I91, about 15 minutes from Keene, NH or Greenfield, MA. Most major ski resorts, are within 20 minutes of the Quality Inn.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past when it was Ramada and enjoyed my stays very much. I returned again and found the new hotel to be great. They renovated entire hotel and their restaurant is in operation. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the area and events and were able to get me directions to all the places I wanted to go. I will continue to stay at this hotel because the price is right, the rooms are great, the breakfast is fabulous, and the desk agents are superb! « less

We stayed at this hotel two nights because it was a very good value. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of our room and the facility. The staff was very friendly, answering all of our questions, and we felt safe with the design of the location. The room had two double beds that were comfortable, we had a good night's sleep. There was a microwave, coffee machine and a refrigerator in the room.
Breakfast was very good ,clean room and had everything you need. They have very good on site restaurant.
Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I am certain we will stay there the next time we visit Brattleboro area. Thank you Quality Inn! Sincerely, Jerry K. « less

On arrival check in was quick, but the keys did not work, and I had to walk back to the lobby to get them initialized. The halls and room had a stuffy smell. Cover fell off the heating unit which did not work anyway. We reported it to the desk, they sent down a space heater for the night. Shower drain was slow, but it worked. The room was clean although the carpet was stained with what looked to be ink.
Overall, despite the issues the room and bed were comfortable, the breakfast not bad, (French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Home Fries, fresh Fruit and Sausage with the usual assortment of toast, cereals, coffee etc.) Staff we encountered was friendly. We were there two days and mentioned the heater at check out and received a small discount.
As the title said, I would rate this hotel mediocre at best, and am only giving it a 3 only because it was relatively inexpensive, and you do get what you pay for. I MAY stay again, but might just pay a little extra to stay at one of their competitors. « less

When we arrived at the hotel there was a large fountain in the middle of the lobby that was covered in black garbage bags with a ripped rug around the outside of it. The whole place smelled of cigarettes and dirt. When we arrived in our "non smoking" room it stunk of cigs and mold. We opened the window to let air in and the screen fell out. Later on we took our nine year old to the pool which was through a hallway in the back corner of the hotel. In the hallway was broken glass, lamps, wood, ladders, buckets and falling wallpaper. When we arrived at the pool it was covered in a white foam and clearly not swim able and there was no "sauna" to be found. The fitness room was a joke all broken equipment no one had used in years! We found dirty underwear and socks in our room and also the towels were stained brown and yellow. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. Don't stay here! EVER! « less

I would expect any hotel to at least be clean. This place was filthy. The side access doors have no key card security. The smoke saturated entry has carpet that hasn't been cleaned for a long while. In the room, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Wallpaper was ripped and the room needed a thorough cleaning. The ceiling was water stained. The bathroom was dirty (plenty of hair left on toilet).Stay anywhere but in this dump, even if it is the cheapest option available. There is no excuse for filth. « less
