Stay here often for work. It's a run of the mill hotel. Rooms are relatively clean, nothing terrible, nothing extraordinary. Service is also a C+, I have had some good experiences as well as some not so good. If you stay here, make sure you ask for a quiet room. If you wind up near the elevators, it may make for a restless night of sleep.
Room service is typically OK... but if you are in a hurry and heading out for AM meetings, order breakfast at least 45 minutes in advance.
Hard to write a review on this hotel because there really is nothing noteworthy to say... it's very vanilla, very ordinary and very "OK". If the location is convenient to where you are going, and you are just looking for a reasonable night's sleep without lots of amenities, it is just fine. « less

We were traveling all day long, and we just needed a nice place to stay. We were able to get a room, and it was a very comfortable room. They also had a AAA discount, which was quite helpful. The bed was comfy. They do not have the usual block under the bed, so be sure to check underneath. The only downside is that they do not have breakfast included in the price. The breakfast is quite pricey. However, with the AAA discount, we were able to eat at McDonald's for less than other hotels in the area. « less

It's been a while since I reviewed this hotel. They have done a recent renovation and I stayed in one of the renovated rooms ... very nice. Excellent setup for business, plenty of electrical outlets, decent size desk ... but they still have one flaw ... slow Internet, particularly in the peak evening hours. We business travelers are so committed to being on line for our work and the folks at the office never hesitate to send huge files. I think the Internet has improved since my last review but it's still sub par. I mentioned this to the manager and he acknowledged that they had some problems in the area of the room I was in. Since it was only a one night stay I didn't bother asking to change rooms. Fix the Internet and my rating becomes Excellent. They also had a very nice Tuesday evening Manager's Reception. The staff are friendly and interested ... it's a good hotel and I'm sure I'll stay there again. « less
