Something had gone wrong with our reservation--possibly because I had made it so far in advance--and the desk clerk more than made up for the slight inconvenience that caused. The night clerk on duty later, while we were doing laundry, was also friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with all the extras from coffee to mini-fridge. We arrived late and left early, but the stay was restful. « less

I have stayed and been in a lot of hotels and this staff is by far some of the best i have ever experienced. The rooms are nothing high end but the rooms do allow for a good night sleep and place to start your daily journys « less

We stayed at the Ashley Inn located in Tillamook, OR on 04/19/13. The room, #307 had two queen beds and was spacious. The tv had 62 plus channels but the sound kept cutting in and out on all of the channels. The drain to the bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. We ended up putting a trash container under the drain to catch the leaking water. Upon checkout, we were offered no discounts for the poorly performing tv and the leaking sink. We will not stay there again. « less

On the surface, this place looks okay. But there is something about a hotel staff group smoking at the entrance who lecture you about the non smoking facilities that just rubs you the wrong way. Adding to the indignity is the fact that we are non-smokers.
Welcome!
Down to the nuts and bolts. The carpet in the room had a perfect iron burn. No attempt to repair it. Sloppy. The bed smelled like it had been soaked in kerosene. The mattress was shot and sagging. We slept horribly and woke up with headaches from the fumes
