This hotel is terrific.....great suite, great bedding & great service from all staff. Included is a full breakfast each morning and dinner is included M-Th evengs with free wine & beer. It is located about 1 1/2 miles from downtown and very very easy to get to. This hotel also has a shuttle that will drop you off in Asheville & pick you up until 9 p.m. Can't say enough! « less

The Manager Robbie and his Assistant Kori did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The staff from the housekeepers to the maintenance staff did a great job. The number one thing to say is they go above and beyond in the hospitality department! Every staff member was kind, helpful and so welcoming! We stayed in the two queen suite it was very spacious and clean! It's a good location. And as an added bonus the breakfast was good with lots of choices. The price was also reasonable. If you stay M-Th you also get an evening meal! Wow! I was choosing between this and another hotel that we usually stay at and have for at least 5 years but I was tired of their sassy attitude and upping prices so we took a chance on this hotel. Wow it was less money, more perks and super and above hospitality! And the beds were very comfortable! We will stay again! « less
