The location of this hotel is wonderful. It was just minutes away from the Riverwalk. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well. The rooms were fairly quiet and the window views nice. There is no real breakfast as this location and no amenities at all. It is only good for working or resting in your room and/or being conveniently located for fun outside of the hotel. There is a full refrigerator and a stove top so if you can get to a grocery store, you can really shut in here if you'd like or spend less money on food. I would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone that does not need amenities. « less

As of now, we have our grab and go breakfast, which is a new feature. This is a quick, easy way to get a bite to eat when running out the door. Otherwise, our in-room kitchens are great for making breakfast too. So glad that you were able to take advantage of both!

The best part was the excellent customer service from Vicki at the font desk from check in to check out. She went over and above to help with whatever we needed. We would definately stay here again when we visit Jacksonville. « less

A weekend stay for a professional workshop resulted in a very pleasant experience. Vickie Moore, the charge front desk clerk was personable from check-in to check-out. An unexpected race was going to shut down bridges and she volunteered to search mapquest for an alternate route to my conference. The room was neat, airy, and clean. The hotel was in a central location and very close to I-95. I would recommend this place and return for repeat stays. « less

From the very minute I arrived, Extended Stay America at Riverwalk was great! I ran the Gate River Run in Jacksonville on 3/9/2013. This hotel was only 2 miles from the race start and yet still so affordable. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The staff went out of their way to help us in any way needed. I asked about late checkout (something they normally don't offer) and they gladly worked it out for myself and a friend. I'll definitely go back to Extended Stay America at Riverwalk before any other hotel in Jacksonville. You can tell that their management knows how to lead and hire great people! « less
