"Horrible, the chairs had stains, the beds were worn out"

I say terrible cause the beds were worn out, they informed us that they were adjustable, but not the one I had. The next morning we had to request a plunger, due to a faulty toilet, and 15 mins later, still no plunger. So we called once again, and it took an additional 10 mins. Mind you the toilet is about to run over. The chair at the in room desk, had major stains on it, made you think twice about sitting there. My son took off his shoes and socks, and later on, I happened to see the sole of his feet, and it look like he had ran the streets barefooted.
