Staff was very friendly and helpful. But the reason they're getting three instead of four is all the things wrong this weekend. The wi-fi wasn't working the first night. The elevator was down one morning. Out of coffee one night when I tried to get more for the room. It's unfortunate because the staff was great from the front desk to housekeeping. Note that all these things were fixed pretty quickly so that's a plus for them. Location was fantastic - right off the highway, surrounding by conveniences. Maybe it was just an anomaly. I'd stay here again. « less

Location worked well for us but not close to downtown. Plenty of restaurants nearby. This was our first time to stay at this hotel and we'll probably stay there again if we have another trip to Tulsa. « less
