20 regular motel rooms - king or double beds. 100 suites - 525 sq ft w/full kitchen, dining room, living room, separate bedroom, huge walk in closet, separate bathroom. king or twin beds, some with pull out sofa bed. A few business suites. Open 24/7. Resort atmosphere. Continental Breakfast. Restaurant on site Heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and exercise room.Business services – photocopying, faxing, & computer in lobby - complimentary In-park laundry room.Free local calls, cable and internet (modem or wi-fi).long term stays -- access to on-site mail room 24/7.Hotel and suites are ground level. Fully furnished. few business suites (with desk area).Weekly stays - full housekeeping weekly. Secure – gates are closed in the evening.Adjacent to our 24-hour gated resort – black top and lighted roads.Located in the middle of the Rio Grande Valley.7 miles from Progreso Mexico.Conference center with ballroom 15,000 sq ft with several small meeting rooms.
