A nice place to stay for an extended time away from your home?? Not unless your house has stained/ripped/very worn carpet, uncomfortable beds with mattress pads that bunch up under you each time you move (which is frequently since the mattresses are quite hard), rarely cleaned kitchen sinks/counters/floors, and the list goes on. The only way to get the room even remotely clean was to get the manager to inspect it after each cleaning. Even with this, when I left 13 weeks later, the candy wrapper under the air conditioner that was there when I moved in, was still there. I could have picked it up as I did all the other trash when I moved into the room, but wondered how long it would take for them to see it. I’m sure this place would be fine for a short stay, but as it is called an Extended Stay, it did NOT meet expectations. 3 positives---lots of hot water, great shower pressure, and it made me really appreciate my house! I’ll be looking elsewhere the next time I am in need of a place to stay for an extended period. « less

I saw the photos of bed bugs on tripadvisor. I was so scared of staying here. The front desk put me at ease and said if anything was wrong they could switch my room even after hours as I checked in late. Turns out there was no cause for concern. I checked the mattresses and they were clean. Sheets looked new. Room clean. Only the faint odor of dog near the kitchen chairs but I didn't sit there much so it was ok for me. I did notice rot above the aircon. It looked like clean rot. I don't know how to explain it but I mean if I were to touch it I think I wouldn't get anything on my hand (I didn't try). I will put a photo on tripasvisor. I was on the first floor. « less

I was in a bind and my company set up a reservation at the sister hotel of this one. It was not acceptable so I came to this one. I called before I arrived. The hotel clerk had already turnned on the AC to cool the room for me. The check in process was quick and painless. I was at this hotel for 2 months for a job assignment. There were 2 staff members that stood out - Taylor and Amanda. They always greeted me with a smile and knew my name. They made sure that I had everything I needed and was always accomidating to my needs. The only thing that could be improved is the bed. I like mine alittle softer but it's workable. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone « less

Everytime my husband turned during the night ( and u had to for finiding a comfy spot) i woke up ! i was cursing the day i booked it while i was in an out of sleep from exhaustion waiting for morning so i could get the hell out! I cannot beleive they had 80% recommended! So awful i will never be staying at an extended stay america! I dont know who could live there longer then a few hours! The most uncomfortable hotel i paid 60+ per night for! Dont go there! I would not stay there if they started charging 20/night « less
