This is a regular hotel, a little older now but clean and adequate. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the pool area looks like fun for kids, I didn't go in though. Really no complaints, but if you're looking for something nicer than your average hotel room, you will be disappointed. « less

We came here for our spring break and what a waste of money. Within 4 hours of being in the pool half the kids were coughing up a lung, our eyes were burning from all the chemicals and our kids ended up with a rash all over their bodies. I filed a complaint with the health department. As well, I contacted the hotel twice to try to let them know our experience and I have yet to have a phone call back to see how our kids were doing. Don't go if you want to keep your health! « less

This hotel is not the most up to date in regards to room décor, but it has a "homey" feel and is kept very clean. The indoor water park is very fun. The kids LOVED it! There is also a very nice, extra large, hot tub that is great for relaxing while the kids run around in the water. The continental breakfast has plenty to offer. Waffles, donuts, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, fruit... the list goes on. The 24 hour coffee machine that actually produced a decent cup of coffee was a hit in my book! Overall I found it to be a great place for a family get away, especially in the stir crazy cold weather months. « less

The staff here really go out of their way to make your stay feel like you are right at home. This is a great place to stay with small children and affordable. The breakfast is top notch! This hotel has a great indoor waterpark for children, an arcade and clean rooms. We look forward to our next visit to the Comfort Inn Splash Harbor. If you like them on facebook you can obtain great updates. It is close to some really neat places to eat and very close to Mid-Ohio race track. « less

We went here for a one night midweek get away. We found the place to be net and clean with friendly people. The pool/waterpark works best for families with kids ages 2 to 12. There were lots of kids having fun. There are three nice places to eat right there on that I 71 exit. The breakfast was okay. « less
