We have been guests numerous time at the Delta Chelsea. With our mutiple stays we have had excellent room service. During our last stay we ordered breakfast room service the overall quality and presentation was far below our expectations. We ordered bacon and eggs with home fries and a side order of sausage. It took an hour and we received two eggs and two sausage in the bottom of a box. No home fries and no bacon. It was cold and we returned it. The Food and Beverage Manager called us and said that that was the style the Eaton hotel is going with considering your clientele. We feel if that's the Eaton Chelsea way maybe this is a hotel at which we don't want to stay. We do have photos of our meal should you wish to view them.
