We recognize that some of the most important features of selecting a property for your meetings are location, ease of planning, flexibility and quality customer service. Harrah’s Las Vegas’ location can’t be beat, and our approach to customer service is second to none in the hospitality industry. As Wendy Farrow with Toastmasters International said, “Harrah’s Las Vegas is committed to service. The entire team was obliging, helpful and efficient. If I needed something, someone was there before I could even turn around. I would highly recommend Harrah’s Las Vegas to anyone.”
Our location is one of the best in town. On the Las Vegas Strip, in the heart of it all, you will find us. After a busy day of meetings your attendees will find all of the entertainment, food, and action they could want all within footsteps.
Our 25,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space is all in the same spot, so you can keep everything and more importantly everyone all together. And even better yet, it’s on the 2nd floor, so your attendees can take the elevator from their rooms directly to their meeting. For you, this means they should never get lost or be late.
We have a designated team of Conference Service professionals to assist you with the entire meeting planning process. From beginning to end they will be there to guide you through the process and ensure the success of your meeting. They will help you select your menus, ensure proper room and audio/visual set-up and even work with you to plan your entertainment.
Flexibility is the name of our game. If you want to plan a large pool party, or want to use a restaurant for lunch, or maybe reserve a hospitality area for your VIP’s to gather, we can do that.
Our location, flexibility and customer service is what makes Harrah’s Las Vegas the place of choice for meeting planners. Experience all Harrah’s has to offer so you can say what Marlena Cardenas with QUMAS had to say, “If I could have my way, all of our conferences would be held at Harrah’s. It is still, by far, the BEST conference we have had and we are STILL receiving rave reviews from attendees.”

I am staying in this hotel for the second time, last year I stayed around same time. The hotel was at a very convenient location on the strip and the had very good ground transport connections. The only issue was when I arrived late the check in Que was long, and it took a while but, the girl who checked me in was fast and asked if it was OK, that she checks me into queen size as I had reserved King size bed Non-smoking, she said I can get that changed the next day with a simple procedure as the rooms become available and apologized saying the room she was going to check me in may be little noisy from the sound of the band. I said it was OK, but I found out the room was very clean and very very quiet hence, I did not change my room and stayed on, C440 was my room. I also found the shower area was cleaner with no mildew and the fittings had no rust they had repaired/refurbished all. All in all it was an Excellent stay with Starbucks right near the elevator area in the ground floor which was open 24hrs. I have posted some photos of the room C440. « less

This use to be a fabulous place to visit, right in the middle of the strip, a great location. However, it is now nickle and dime to death central. To begin with some corporate idiots have dreamed up a new way to hose the guests called resort fees. Simply put this is a surprise money grab that snakes into your wallet and hits you for $120 U.S. dollars on a week stay - in return bugger all (you got everything in the past except their internet). We checked in late and all they had were suites - they told us we could only stay in this so called "suite" for one night - and you'll love "only" two girls at ckeck in and your 50 minute wait in a long line. This suite was a larger room with no couch or bar or anything to make it look like a suite - but they'll hit you up for an extra 25 bucks a night for this fraud if you do not vacate the next day and take their "Lilliput" rooms.
Bottom line - avoid this dump at all costs! « less

We chose to stay at Harrah's as part of an Allegiant Deal, as it was centrally located & the price was right. I did read alot of the reviews, some good, some not so. I can honestly say that if you are going to Vegas to be out and about, and you would like to stick to a budget, then Harrah's is a good choice. Our room was big, clean & comfy, and cleaned well every day. Pleasant staff & decent places to eat. Yes the hotel itself is quite old & pales in comparison to hotels such as the Wynn or Encore, however, everyone is welcome to walk thru & enjoy all the amenities of other hotels. The Carnval Court outside the hotel, the outdoor bar is great! So much fun all day or nite. We partied at Surrender our first nite, it was absolutely amazing, best dj's. Beautiful club, we couldn't stop dancing. By far our best nite! Would soooo recommend checking this place out if you love wicked house/dance music! Watch out for all the people givn you passes to clubs, can be a catch attached or invalid all together. We went to Spa at Cesears - so worth it!!Definitely loved our visit to Vegas! « less

Where do I begin? The CEO and/or hotel manager should spend the night in the room we initially checked into (M411), and then determine if this room is habitable. I made reservations at least a month in advance. When we arrived we were told there was only one King Non-smoking room left and it overlooked the pool. Front desk warned us to expect some noise. We were awakened repeatedly by mind-numbing loud, pulsating music which lasted until 3:00 am. We called the Front Desk and were told it was the “Carnival” area and happened nightly. As senior citizens we should never have been placed there. We moved to another room the next day. The hotel is two steps behind the other casino resorts. Rooms are badly in need of refurbishment. When my husband walked across the room in his new white socks, he was shocked to see they were almost black from the dirty, stained carpet.
One good thing I can say is that the staff were all very nice to us and housekeeping did an outstanding job. Upon checkout we opted to do it by phone. At the airport I reviewed the itemized bill which was emailed to me. I found we were charged fees for services we had already paid for resulting in a $50 credit. Warning examine your bill prior to checkout. Over the years we return to Las Vegas to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This was our 33rd. We’ve loved Harrah’s for years but since the change of ownership, it’s not the same place we knew.
Casino – the change machines were continuously out of order. First night my husband tried to break a $100 bill and it retained the bill which necessitated a call for assistance. It continued to be an ever present problem through our stay. They just don’t care…We will return to Las Vegas to celebrate our many anticipated upcoming anniversaries but it will not be to Harrah's. « less

I can't believe that they charge so much for the Resort fee and don't even tell you at check in that there is no wifi. The room was nice and clean. We got a good price $34 and then the huge extra tax (resort fee), so it was $81.89 for 2 nights including $1.25 for a 1 800 call not included in the resort fee rip off. Again they should just include the resort fee in the price of the room and not play games. « less

Testimonials: Why use Hotel Planner?
"I really have never done this before, but I really appreciate the help from this website for getting me a great deal and choice of hotels." T.R. - Dallas, TX
"The bid feature of the website is cool. Instead of the buyer committing blindly to the seller, the seller has to accept the buyer's terms and provide a price. We love it." J.K. - Lansing, MI
