The New Hyatt Place Greensboro was completed in September 2007.Our property is located on West Wendover Avenue at I-40 with over 20 restaurants and area shopping within walking distance. We offer 124 oversized guest rooms which include a 42" Plasma TV and 8" sectional sleeper sofa. Our 24 Hour Gallery Cafe serves a complimentary cont'l breakfast daily Mon-Fri 6:30-9:30/Sat-Sun 7-10 with Wine, Beer and Starbucks Coffee available. We offer a TV Den and Complimentary Business Center on our first floor. Our flexible 1200 sq feet meeting facility will accommodate up to 75 people and can be separated into 2 sections. Arrangements may be made for AV equipment and catering. For that "home away from" Hyatt Place Greensboro is the place to be!

We only stayed at the hotel for one evening, but it was a very pleasant experience. I was greeted immediately when I entered the lobby by Scott, who was very friendly and courteous. He checked me in and I was ready to go within minutes. Our room was clean and had all the things we needed: TV, internet, towels and a comfy place to sleep. It was easy to find and there was a lot of things around it (stores, restaurants). They had a AAA rate that was very reasonable and while we were meeting friends for brunch so didnt go down- it was a plus that there was a free breakfast included. Overall I was very pleased with our stay and would recommend the hotel. « less

This was our first stay at a Hyatt Place and it will not be our last. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. There are several meeting rooms and a nice little full service bar. Breakfast could have had more choices, but, was good. The pool was under construction, but, did not affect the rest of the hotel. Easy to find location just off of I-40 at Wendover Ave.
I would put the Hyatt Place properties a notch above Hampton Inn, Fairfield and maybe even Hilton Garden Inn. « less
