We stayed May 13-16 check in went fast and the help was very friendly. We asked to be moved to a room facing away from Freemont St and it was no problem. The only problem with the room was it had been skipped over and not made up. We called down to the desk and they offered to move us but we were leaving right away and told them to just send someone up to clean it, again the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the room promptly taken care of. I suppose if you are looking for new and fancy your view maybe different but we had never stayed downtown before and am happy with a standard clean hotel room. For the price would stay again next time we are downtown. My three star rating on cleanliness is only because the carpet is older and a little worn and some paint is needed but room was clean, We also found the food at the restaurants above average. The slots seemed very tight but we ran into that every place we went. « less

I stayed at the Four Queens for 5 nights in April of 2013. I booked my reservation through Hotwire.com and my rate was only $22 per night. Check-In was a breeze and my room was spacious and clean. Upon check-in, the front desk attendant gave me a coupon book with free match play coupons, free slot play, and buy/get one specials for the restaurants. The hotel's restaurant was phenomenal. The $9.95 Prime Rib Special was delicious. Their breakfast was tasty as well(the pancakes are enormous). After joining the player's club, they gave me some more free slot play and a free deck of cards. The casino layout is nice and the crowds were lively. The dealers were nice and competent. My favorite game was their Shoot to Win Craps Machine. It was packed and exciting. The cocktail service was great as well. I would definitely stay here again especially if the price is right. Great location and great atmosphere. « less

We made our reservations for 2 rooms by calling the hotel directly using the phone number from their website. The price they quoted me over the phone was $10 higher with mold and mildew. My wife was actually brought to tears at the thought of having to spend more than 1 night in this wretched place. At around 6 p.m. the music on Fremont street began. It was so loud in our room we could hear every single word that was said by the artists performing on stage. It blared on until 1 a.m. keeping us from getting any sleep that night. We contacted the management the following morning, who answered our complaints by shrugging them off and by making sarcastic comments toward my wife. Needless to say we checked out of the rooms early and spent the rest of our stay in a more accommodating, and clean establishment. « less

This was my first stay ever at the four queens in all the years I've been going to Vegas. Booked a regular room and upon arrival was given a suite since everything else was occupied. Thank you! This room was fantastic. Large and well appointed with a personal 3 seat bar, bar sink and refrigerator.. Room was not smoky and was clean. Good AC and bathroom worked just fine. Great location even if we did not get the upgrade comp. Price is reasonable and you are right on Freemont St. My view from the room was fantastic also although not every room would be as my friend had a room that just gave a view of an outside wall. Not much noise as we faced the stratosphere and were on the top floor of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Better than The D and the Plaza. « less
