If you are looking for a nice place to lay your head and shower then you won't mind this place. Yes, it's not top of the line but you don't pay "top of the line" prices. To say it's not clean is not fair. I normally stay one night and have stayed in this hotel more than once and will stay again. Yes, the front desk staff is young....it's a college town. Treat them nice and they will be nice. If you want "top of the line" dig a little deeper in your pockets or stay here and have more money to spend playing. « less

All around dirty hotel. Holes in towels, dirty carpet, and you must request for housekeeping to clean your room if your staying multiple days. When they did clean they put dirty sheets back on bed and let towels. Thats it!!! Night staff is very young and completly keep a who cares kinda attitude. Morning breakfast is horrible. Save the money for the Holiday Inn next door. We will not come back. « less

As a road seasoned business traveler you learn the hard way when to stay away. When you drive up and see shady drapes on the windows, entry doors that have clearly not been cleaned in a week, a lobby that has unusual smells, well it's time to walk away, stay away. That describes this place.
My opinion is if the pride of ownership is so lacking as to not at least keep the common areas clean then it's a fairly good chance the rooms won't be far behind.
This place may have the cleanest rooms, nicest people, best beds ever, but I doubt it. « less

We stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving. After checking out of the hotel and having gone down the road about 15 minutes, my wife noticed that her watch was gone. It's not an expensive watch but it was her father's and she got it when he passed away. She wears it as her watch. She was upset and we turned around to check the room. Rebecca at the front desk and Rosa from housekeeping were both very helpful and allowed my wife to go through the room but she could not find it. We left offering a reward. Rebecca said she would be sure to look. I admit I left without much faith in Rebecca's words and after a few minutes my wife and I decided to go back and look more time. When my wife asked to check again she found that Rebecca and Rosa had already looked. They had gone way beyond the extra mile and had taken the mattress off the frame and found the watch wedged up against the wall and head board. They refused the reward. Thank you, Rebecca and Rosa for being such decent people and saving our Thanksgiving trip. I hope the Quality Inn in Florence, Alabama appreciates having you such wonderful employees. We'll be back on our next trip to visit family in Florence. « less

Checked prices of surrounding lodging and saved about $30.00 staying here with the manager discount. Worked well for us. We did unplug the fridge for the night cause it was really noisy. « less
