The hotel is also located near Jeffrey's Antique Gallery, northwest Ohio's largest antique shop, and many great restaurants and cocktail lounges such as Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and Restaurant, Outback Steakhouse, Fricker's and Steve's Dakota Grill.

This motel is a good choice for the area. The motel manager is trying to upgrade the property and has done a good job. One criticism is paying attention to the finer details. Wiping the finger prints off the mirrors and the water spots off the pictures. At the time I was there they had a swimming pool but it was not open. Some of the employees are friendly. The manager should learn to smile more and quit being so business like. Speaking a foreign language to your employees when your guests are present is considered rude. « less

My son and I stayed at this hotel while traveling to an event in Ohio. I was trying to get a room at another hotel and the online booking agent referred me to this hotel. She assured me it was of comparable value and accommodations. Upon packing to leave the next morning, I foundation bed bug in the bed I had slept in. I told the man in the office whom disputed this possibility. I insisted he come to the room and see for himself and he did and confirmed it was indeed a bedbug. He appeared puzzled and stated the beds were new and there would be no way to have bedbugs even after viaualizing the parasite. I asked for a refund and he stated he could not do a full refund but would give me ten dollars. I told him to keep his money, I would just write a review to spare others from the infestation. So here it is, stay at your own risk. « less

I prepaid for the room and had the receipt from the online service where I booked it and the manager insisted he didn't get the money (from travelocity) so he billed my credit card again - after telling me he would not do so. He lied, I was billed twice and had to dispute the second charge on my credit card when it came through. After reading other reviews I see that this is a common practice at this establishment. The hotel room was kind of grody to boot so obviously I will not stay there again and would advise others to avoid this place. « less

We usully stay in nicer, more expensive hotels, but our options were limited. Rodeway Inn was the only vacant hotel and it was late. You get what you pay for and I would say it was worth what we paid. We didn't have any outrageous suprises that you might expect at a motel like this. For what we paid I would give it 3.8 stars out of 5. Not too bad. « less

Testimonials: Why use Hotel Planner?
"I found your site very easy to use, and useful, and your staff helpful but not at all pushy. (I tried using another site that resulted in "sales" calls and won't use that site again. Conference planning is hectic/nutty enough without someone calling everyday to bug you! :-) Not only would I use you, but recommend you highly." L.F. - Berkeley, CA
"I was amazed and pleasantly surprised how effortless the process was. Very pleased to have found a way to reserve rooms for our team when we travel, which of usually twice a month. Thanks so much." L.S. - Amherst, NY
