PROPERTY REDEVELOPMENT: In 2005, the original property was gutted to its brick and mortar. Redevelopment construction has created an upscale, extended-stay hotel, featuring: 127 guest suites.7,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.6,000 sq. ft. restaurant.Fitness center.Landscape changes include a sprawling setting with an alpine meadow of trees, grasses, a stone water feature and a dry creek bed. The landscape was designed with water conservation and Xeriscape principles in mind.GUEST SUITES: Three options are available to guests: 39 Studios (345 sq. ft). 78 One-bedroom units (690 sq. ft). Suites include:One- and two-bedroom room suites feature full kitchens:Granite counter tops. Microwave.Stainless steel appliances.Custom cabinetry. Private patios and balconies.Complimentary wireless Internet.Executive desk and chair.Cable television.Flat screen televisions (main room).Televisions (bedrooms).Hide-a-bed sofa.DINING FACILITY:The 6,000 square foot restaurant features a new roof, lobby and innovative interior. An additional 1,000 square feet will be used for seasonal outdoor seating.
