I choose this hotel based upon it closeness to the Sevilla airport. We just need a room for a 1 night stay. The hotel is very old, not updated and or maintained very well. The parking lot is nearly missed the way it is situated, with a hard turn to enter. Is is not well lit and no designated parking lines for the car. Which resulted in everyone just parking everywhere. A very tight fit, expecially in a SUV. The walkway to the entrance is cracked or missing and there is not ramp for suitcases. That would be nice convivience. The furniture in the lobby appeared dusty & dirty and I would not sit on it. The front desk personnel seemed friendly enough, they were not fluent in english, but this did not pose a issue with checking in. Our room was fairly clean and a nice size. The furniture appeared much cleaner than the sofa in the lobby, but dated. You could see the age of the hotel by looking at the baseboards that are peeling and showing signs of degrading. In the bathroom, the sealant of the bath tub and sink were discolored. Luckily, there is not any carpet in the room, except for the closet, the floor was a version of a lament, but clean. The best feature of this hotel is how close it is located near the airport. It is a 5 min driving distance. There is a McDonalds located on the corner from the hotel, about a 5 min walk. Unfortunately, It is at least a 15 min drive away from the center part of Sevilla, so you have to drive a little while to go to a nice restaurant. I would probably not stay at this hotel again. « less

We chose this hotel because we needed to stay one night in a hotel near the airport. Reading the opinions, we expected the worst. The room was large with a clean, large bathroom. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. The halls are a bit shabby and in general the hotel needs some renovation & painting works, but for a price of 67 € breakfast included, we cannot complain. « less

I really don't understand how this hotel could be rated as 4 stars! Of course, it's inexpensive but it is also cheap. I have never seen in a hotel rusted cans in the fridge or the tap in the bathroom being glued instead of being replaced! The walls, the doors are in a tragic state. Chose it only if you arrive late and leave early and you need just a place to sleep. The only advantages would be free wifi and easiness to find a parking space - but that's it. « less

We asked the Alphonso XIII concierge for a recommendation of a hotel near the airport in which we might stay for one night when we returned to Seville after a two day trip to Granada, and he dutifully recommended this after noting its four star rating. If it ever had that rating, it must have been in the 1950s--this hotel would not warrant a one star rating today. It took us some time to find, and when we did there was no place to park. We finally found an empty spot in the lot next door, and wheeled our luggage past the bottles and debris that surrounds the hotel, over the missing and broken tiles that are the sidewalk of the hotel and into the flea-bitten lobby with nicked, dirty carpeting and pressed board desk that is the lobby of the hotel. Because it looked so bad, I asked to see a room and was escorted to the third floor to a "non-smoking room." The elevator and hallways were filthy, but the room appeared clean enough. Unfortunately it reeked of cigarette smoke, so I returned to the lobby to find another room, leaving my spouse behind in the first room with the door open. As I left, a 30 something man walked down the hall with only a towel on and into a room across the hall. When I returned to look at a second room, I found my wife cowering in the room, because the men across the hall were shouting (quite audibly because the rooms are not soundproofed). My wife indicated that the men were retching, smoking and talking in loud voices and begged me to take here elsewhere, which I did.
It is fraud to represent this as anything but a one star hotel. Stay clear. « less

Expect stained sheets and leaky ceilings. This so-called hotel (which I would personally categorize as a motel) caters to Asian tours which location is not a main perquisite. I would not recommend this place to friends unless they don't mind the hour long bus ride (during peak hours) to the city. The bus ride normally takes 20 minutes if not for the traffic. Bus stop is just 20 meters away, so it is convenient if you don't mind the commute. Breakfast was very average with no one item that struck me as being particularly good. I only stayed here for one night, but if I had booked 2, I probably wouldn't have returned.
Parking is free, but you'll struggle for a spot later in the day. « less
