The font desk never rushes you when you have questions and will go out of their way to help. They even drove me to the local mall. It is a great hotel. Staff treats you like family coming to their house for a visit. Wait best part??? The freshly baked cookies at the front desk. You can't go wrong with this hotel. « less

We spent one week in this hotel and it was wonderful. The staff treated us like family. They were so helpful! Anything we needed was supplied. If we asked for an extra towel it was at our door before we even hung up the phone. The breakfast staff was especially accommodating. The food was delicious and the waiters and waitresses were delightful. It was a great way to start each morning. The cleaning staff even came to our room to see the groom before he left for his big event. We just can't say enough about this great hotel!!!!! « less

After a long business meeting in downtown providence, I was glad to arrive to the Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick. The receptionists were extremely courteous, and offered me complimentary water and a snack, There were apples, and fruit platter for a mini reception in the lobby as well! My room was large spacious and clean. They even allowed me a late check out the next day. This hotel is also very well priced, and right next to the airport. I will definitely return to this hotel when I stay in Providence. « less

I've stayed perhaps 6-8 times at this hotel in the past 2 years. Each visit is superb. The management is top-notch. The staff is a perfect "10" and the facility is immaculate. I've asked for (and received) quiet rooms, and the clientele here is mostly upscale. My business is often in the city (10 miles away) but I prefer to stay here because of the high quality of the personnel and the facility. Kudos to the staff and management of the Hilton Garden Inn Warwick. P.S. I am a Hilton Honors member. « less
