I have never been at a hotel with a more gracious staff. Everyone we encountered were kind, helpful,and knowledgeable. The rooms were very nice as was the lobby and the entire facility. We will be traveling to Albany often and this is where we will stay. We couldn't have had a better experience. We were a party of 15 and everyone commented on how nice the staff was. Thank you!

Both of our Meeting Rooms are located on the ground floor directly past our lobby area within reach of immediate assistance of our front desk team. Both were recently renovated (May, 2013)and have warm, neutral tones. Each room has built in counter space in the back of the room and white boards in the front. The lighting is adjustable, plus windows allow for natural light. There are no pillars, posts or obstructions in either room. The public restrooms are just across the hallway from both rooms. Catering services and A/V equipment available. Both rooms 2 doors- one from the main hallway as well a door leading outside for easy loading/unloading. Our team members are prepared to help with the smallest of details and recognize the special needs of Small to Mid-Size meeting planners.
