I was really going through with my home and had to resort to staying at a hotel for a few nights. I called around Dover trying to find great prices that would not only suite me but my family and my two children. I finally called Sleep Inn and Suites and talked to the Front Desk Manager Theresa. She was very polite and was willing to help me and my family. She understood my situation and gave me a reasonable rate. The service that i recieved was great. I have honestly never really stayed at a hotel before except to visit maybe family that was in town but this hotel had tv, frig, couch, microwave. Everything we needed was right there for us, and anything that i did need, the people working was more than happy to serve my family and I. I am just so overjoyed and thankful for Manager Theresa and her staff of workers. I was really down about my situation, but staying at this hotel, and around those great people; that really lightened the load. I would recommend anyone and everyone that can and will to please go and check out this hotel because the people will surely make you feel welcome. « less

My family has stayed in Dover several times and we usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express. This was a last minute decision to stay overnight as we passed through, and we decided on the Sleep Inn. The hotel was quiet , clean, nice decor, friendly staff, reasonably priced with a filling breakfast. In our morning rush, my son forgot his jacket in the room, which he didn't miss until we were three hours away. The housekeeping staff was so accommodating, they retrieved the jacket, explained the mailing process, and my son had his jacket within 5 days of our visit. Needless to the Sleep Inn is our new place to stay in Dover. I highly recommend it. « less

I've stayed at this Sleep Inn on North Dupont Highway/ North Dover during business trips a few times since 2009. This hotel is very clean, QUIET and offers a good stay experience while in Delaware. Front desk staff are very friendly, helpful and professional on a consistent basis. Rooms are above-average for this chain. Clean, quiet and well maintained. Well located very close to the #104 exit ramp from Delaware 1 freeway. Nothing fancy, but offers clean, quiet and good service at a good price point. Recommend this hotel anytime. « less

My Family Came thru and stopped here for the holidays, The front desk agent was very friendly at check-in. The Studio Suite was huge--much bigger than most Sleep Inn's I've stayed. The room was very clean and well kept (I asked how new the hotel was, as it appeared very new). The breakfast was standard Sleep Inn breakfast-lots of options. Will definitely stay again as it's a great halfway point between home and NYC! « less
