We checked in and were upgraded to a mini-suite. There was an issue when we entered the room. A nightstand was missing and the drapes were missing hooks and the window sheer was missing. We were immediately located to another room but it happened to be a handicap room. Not too excited about it but did not want to complain. The people above walked so heavy that sleeping in was impossible. We were moved again, this time to a full suite. It was acceptable given the fact that it is an older hotel ... You can have either air or heat but not both. The room was very warm in the morning, so windows had to be opened ... our allergies then kicked in. Staff is fantastic but upgrades are needed ... carpets dirty. Breakfast is mediocre .., too many carbs. Probably will consider another place to stay when we visit again. « less

I got this hotel for less than $50 per night. Do you like old, outdated carpets? Do you like small SD tvs? Do you like less than luxurious bathrooms? Do you like meager breakfasts? Are you on a tight budget?
Then this is the place for you. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was nicer than the rooms. The rooms were a bit outdated and simple. The room was clean and large. The hotel was quiet. the covered parking was a little precarious. Be careful with a car larger than a compact.
It wasn't bad for what I paid, though I had wished for a little more at breakfast. « less

Stayed 2 nights for a seminar in Carson City. Room was huge. Bed was comfy. Space was clean and well kept, and reception staff were very friendly. Loved the covered parking! The value exceeded the price, for sure. Breakfast was minimal, but adequate. Walking distance to casinos and nightlife if you're into that. I'd definitely stay here again. « less
