We would like to thank the guest for taking the time in providing this feedback. This guest booked through an on-line travel agency and request a double bed. Double beds can only be found in our Accessible rooms as the rest of the hotel has queen size bedding. Room concerns like a loose toilet seat or a pest issue would have been addressed immediately, if brought to our attention during the stay We are unfortunately limited in the amount of signage we are allowed to have by our township so we have to apologize.Thankfully our bedding and our value was appreciated . I will be sending a private note to this guest.

We want to thank this guest with their concerns about our smoking policies as related to their allergies. As we do have a smoking wing to the hotel apparently this guests room was perhaps to close to that wing. We invited them to let us know at the front desk to make an effort in placing them the furthest from the smoking wing for future reservations.

Having stayed at many Microtels, this one gave the standard clean, affordable, and safe experience that is expected. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff were very friendly and check in/out was quick. The only minor issue was the breakfast room which had 3 long tables with chairs in disorder. Most Microtels have the small tables for guests to use. Here you had to try and squeeze in next to a stranger who was reading a newspaper placed over a large portion of the table or where business people were chatting prior to leaving. Try the small table approach! « less
