We only stayed one night but the people made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and free which made it even better. I would recommend this hotel! « less

I was greeted with a very warm welcome, and the hotel was very busy since there was a cherry blossom festival going on that I didn't even know about...too bad we didn't have time to check it out. We were only here for one night to break up the drive from Savannah to Atlanta since already 3 hours was torture for the kids!
The room was very clean and had a small refrigerator that we utilized. The kids went in the indoor pool, but it wasn't heated, which I noticed prevented another couple from getting in! It didn't stop my kids though! lol
I did hear some noise from trains at night, but it wasn't too bad. I think hotels that are built near train tracks need the same type of windows as those by airports since the noise can be equally bothersome.
I could not get an internet connection even with the cable that the front desk provided. This was a problem since I needed to book something online the next morning. I ended up having to call my sister in law back home to do it. We even tried using the computers in the lobby since we thought the cause might be that we were on the fourth floor, but even there it was still EXTREMELY slow.
The beds were clean and comfortable, so a good choice if the price is right. Plenty of hotels in the area though, so if internet is important to you then you might want to look elsewhere. « less

We arrived at 11pm and there was 4 people in front of my checking in. The clerk was friendly and worked as quickly as he could in checking in the guest and answering the phones. Our stay was during the first weekend of the Cherry Blossom Festive, so the line was understandable.
Our room was clean and smelled clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. Our only real complaint was the train tracks about 50 yards from our room. I was able to sleep through the night, but my wife woke up 2 times due to the train noise.
The breakfast was the typical free hotel breakfast. They had plenty of food and were continually restocking the breakfast bar. Again this was during the Cherry Blossom festival and they were able to keep up with a full hotel.
Our kids loved the pool. The gym has a window to the pool so the parents of older kids might be able to workout and watch the kids?
Recommendation to hotel management: I wish there was an automated way to turn on the refrigerator on when you know a guest will be in the room that night. Checking in at 11pm, our refrigerator didn't get to ideal temp until we checked out.
I would stay at this hotel again. Overall its a great value for a quick stay with a family. « less

Non smoking hotel but room had definitely had a smoker in residence for some time. Why housekeeping had not reported it is beyond me. Hotel was sold out while there so no chance to move. Room not cleaned, finally just requested extra towels. Several in our group had the same issue. Wrote a complaint and they gave points towards another stay. Will never go back to this one. On a good note the breakfast was good the the lady handling that area was personable and did a good job staying on it. Especially with all the people there. « less
