Great rooms, great service throughout the shops and restaurants. Charley at Check in Desk on this past Tuesday did a masterful job of working to provide us with the right set ups of rooms. He was patient, helpful and spent about 1/2 hour until he was able to provide us with what we needed which tremendously enhanced my group of eight to have an even better experience in the hotel.
