Hampton Inn-Ashtabula is undergoing lobby renovations, our breakfast area is located in our meeting room. Renovations will be going on until the end of January. The Hampton Inn-Ashtabula has 71 hotel rooms. Amenities in the rooms are as follows: one king bed or two queen size beds, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, hairdryer, complimentary high speed wireless internet, complimentary local telephone calls, 37" LCD flat panel television. Conference room has 900 square feet of meeting space and can accommodate up to 65 people theater style and 45 people classroom style.
Rooms and lobby have been redone, much nicer that I expected from a Hampton Inn.
Everything clean and well-maintained.

We appreciate your feedback. The vending machines at our hotel are owned and maintained by local companies. These vendors have scheduled dates they stock the machines. When we are aware they are empty, we call and ask the vendors to come and re-stock. We also have a cold bottled water available at guest's request.
The issues with our complimentary breakfast have been addressed. The breakfast hostsses have been made aware of the food not staying hot and are taking steps to resolve this.

The staff were very chearful, except for the lady in the morning at the breakfast . We had fresh coffee and tea at all times at the lobby entrance and we enjoyed our reunion seating and talking until late nights with our families at the hotel entrance, We recommend this hotel. « less
