The staff were all very nice, polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable while I was on the 3rd floor, but went drastically down in quality when I had to be moved to the 7th floor. The beds were less comfortable, the trash did not get emptied, the shower door wouldn't stay closed, the door leading to the bathroom from the living area wouldn't stay open and the washcloths I put on the floor to be changed weren't. I had two separate reservations to stay five days. When I added to the reservation, I explicitly requested to have the same room. On the third day I had to change my room as a high school group was coming in and they wanted to keep them together. This made me feel as a second choice for booking, even though I booked my room over two months ahead. The reason I was given was to keep me close to my group, only we were at opposite ends of the hotel, not close at all. I wasn't pleased to have to change my room and when the quality dropped, I was less pleased. The restaurant was very good. All of the staff were exceptional, it was very clean and the food was very good.

The Hilton Suites Anaheim is a full service, all-suite hotel conveniently located on the border of the cities of Anaheim and Orange. We are only 15 minutes from the John Wayne/Orange County airport and within minutes of the Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland® Resort, Downtown Disney®, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Anaheim Ice, American Sports Center, Glacial Gardens, the Grove, the Block at Orange and major Orange business parks.Meeting Space Request:The cost of the meeting space will be reduced with a minimum food and beverage purchase.
