The shower was the best hotel shower ever in terms of temperature and water pressure. The breakfast was fine although selection was very limited. All in all, a pleasant stay. « less

We were not happy to find out that the hotel was housing displaced people from "Sandy" It was a shock walking into breakfast to find people who looked like they had not showered in weeks and unkept. We were there to get away, enjoy a vacation and it did not feel like that when we entered the dining area. We were very uncomfortable.
Our room was located facing the freeway, so it was noisy. « less

Staten Island was one of the epicenters of Hurricane Sandy. Our neighbors, friends and family were greatly affected by the aftermath left by Sandy. We also live in this community and have seen and felt the destruction first hand.
